– Product does NOT work as advertised. Wife purchased in Nov 2025 as a Christmas gift. She ordered a second battery too.
– Blower does not run more than 3-4 seconds on battery #1. Therefore, blower does not get up to speed and will not move material on garage floor.
– Battery #2 runs for approy 15-seconds. However, it cannot be operated without a glove. Battery, handle, or switch shocks my hand. Unsafe to operate.

This company is terrible! They never sent my complete order and they won’t respond to my requests for a refund. The product is trash! It runs for 30 seconds, then you have to wait for 10 minutes for it to cool down before using it again. DO NOT BUY! IT IS A SCAM!
