Its claims to correct posture, alleviate back and shoulder pain, and generally improve body alignment over time got my attention. The concept of a basic, wearable option that could aid with postural correction without needing extensive exercise or therapy sounded great for me too, especially when some days I sit quite a lot, like all day.

After hearing that the Align PWR Posture could, with consistent wear, correct your posture while alleviating back and shoulder pain and enhancing overall body alignment, I decided to give it a try. Suggesting a simple wearable solution outside the rigors of exercise or therapy is pretty appealing, and as someone who has back pain from sitting for long periods, I enrolled.
I wore the posture corrector every day as instructed, for the prescribed amount of time over multiple weeks. I had to attend closely if my posture improved, if I felt comfortable and whether it released strain on my back and shoulders. I also tracked how easy it was to wear throughout the day and if it really felt like a difference-maker in my everyday life.
But the results were more underwhelming than anticipated. Although it did gently nudge us once in a while to sit straight, it didn’t bring about any real change in posture. After removal, my posture was restored and there was no marked decrease in discomfort or tension. The net effect seemed slight and momentary.
I noticed the drawbacks from this device after my continuous usage. The claims to provide corrections and support did not happen, and in fact this device felt like a typical brace instead of a solution. My experience was not satisfactory particularly the high expectations placed on this device.

The results from the Align PWR Posture device was quite disappointing. What I experienced was out of the promises like better posture and comfort. At this point, this device does not worth your money because it would not deliver.
