How Jocko Protein Powder Is Used

It has a simple way to use like any other supplement. Take the protein powder anytime in the day, that is before or after workout.

What My Experienced with Jocko Protein Powder: The Results

There is an element of risk in trying a new supplement, but testing Jocko Protein Powder was an imperative for my training program. I used it in the post-workout period to see how it stacked up to the task of building muscle and recovering from the gym. Although I was hoping to be able to increase my performance to the next level, it turned out to be a more nuanced affair.

The physical performance was passable. In my particular case, it did the trick as a decent protein source, replenishing me after my workout without the usual post workout bloating. It’s easy to integrate into a healthy lifestyle and is a solid foundation for repair. It is not a magic bullet for a chiseled physique, but as a supplement, it worked, and felt “good” to me at this stage of my training.

But when it came to the product design, I was pleasantly surprised. The design and packaging are a work of art; it is rugged, purposeful and high end, and I want to keep the tub on my kitchen counter. There is a level of design confidence with Jocko that makes you want to proudly display the tub. It is definitely an attractive piece of equipment and this look definitely adds to the pleasure of making a shake.

If you are considering purchasing this product for the first time, don’t get too excited. While the advertising is strong and packaging is premium, customers should not come to the table with unrealistic expectations for a silver bullet. It is quality protein powder, not witch’s brew. It does what it sets out to and it won’t change your DNA or substitute for exercise and healthy eating

Verdict

The product promises a lot in terms of purity and “go get ’em” attitude. When you line up those lofty statements with my experience, you get a mixed review. It provides a clean and effective protein boost that delivers on claimed recovery benefits, without the “wow factor” being found in the design of the product. It’s a great product for the aesthetic minded and clean conscious, with a clear understanding of what you will and won’t gain.
