Does Freebird Electric Shaver Really Work? (Her Experience)
I tested the Freebird Electric Shaver several times to see if it lived up to its promise of not causing any irritation, giving clean shaves and not cutting. I used it over seven times, and only half satisfactory. The shaver worked decently in certain aspects, particularly for those who need to shave quickly, but the results were meager when compared to the brand’s promises. Although the shave itself was not all bad, it was not all that good either.
One of the salient features was that it was user friendly and convenient while shaving. It was also quite good in cutting light trims, and prevented easy cuts compared to regular shaving. The promise of a completely irritation free shave, however, did not always live up to the reality. Although there were times when the shaving was slightly uncomfortable, and the skin in some places was not even smooth. The shave was decent but not very close or consistent.
With my experience I can say that this is a decent product, but it’s not as powerful as other reliable electric clippers. It was best used as a second grooming tool, not a shaving tool. Another concern was general promotion campaign for the product. Comparing the ratings and reviews of customers with real performance revealed many that seemed inflated and somewhat fake. Also, the cost was significantly higher than one could find on other sites like Amazon, which was a concern about the value.
The design was one area that was outstanding with the product. The shaver was modern, compact and was very aesthetically pleasing. Its design and aesthetics gave it a feel of a high quality grooming tool. The build quality really did the trick, and the product seemed more advanced than it actually is. But the performance remained rather underwhelming despite the pretty packaging.
Conclusion
The Freebird Electric Shaver does not fully meet its claims of clean, safe shave, but in general is not very effective. It has the convenience and is a nice design but the shaving is not on the level of what the marketing suggests. I would only recommend this as another grooming choice, and not as a replacement for other electric clippers, based on my experience. For new users, it is advisable to have realistic expectations and know what to anticipate for this product when compared to its promotional marketing.
