Moreover, it claims to cruelty free, allergy tested, proven results and dermatologists tested.

Reunoa Serum Results – Janet’s Experience

After reading some reviews about strengthening fragile skin, repairing aging skin, bruise defense and recovery, my wife, Janet decided to try the Reunoa Serum. It was heavily marketed as an anti-wrinkle product for thinning and fragile skin, and it was claimed that the results will be apparent in a few weeks. The serum looked attractive and appealing, at first glance. The experience, however, was not entirely satisfactory and not quite in line with the expectations engendered by the advertising.

Performance

When used regularly, the serum gave a moderate improvement in texture and hydration of the skin. Some times it was softer and a little more moisturised, but, on the whole, it was not very noticeable. The product did not have a significant effect on fragile skin or the proposed greater repair effects, as stated in the marketing. So it seemed more like another regular skincare product that would temporarily alleviate pain, but not provide any real skin repair.

Serious Marketing Issues

One of the major issues was the false promise of repair of thin and aged skin within days. Most of the promotional language was scientific sounding, but explanations for the product benefits were vague and not easily substantiated. The website itself made it seem like a typical ‘dropshipping’ website, with more emphasis on marketing than transparency. Furthermore, the serum was said to be a cheap import and was being sold at a higher price than was anticipated, while there were complaints on the web about quality and results.

Appealing Product Design

The product design really did impress me. The packaging was sleek, sophisticated and nicely branded, making the product look like a high quality skin care serum. The bottle and presentation further enhanced the interest and initially increased the sense of trust in the product. But, aside from the beautiful packaging, the performance was not up to the grand rhetoric being touted. The results continue to be constrained and significantly less than promised in the advertisements.

Conclusion

The Reunoa Serum falls short of its claims for repairing delicate skin, protecting from bruises and promoting anti-aging benefits. There was slight increase in the hydration and skin feel, however the result was low and the claims were not substantiated enough to be believed. From my wife’s experience I would not strongly recommend the product as an alternative skin care solution. For new users, it is important to not have excessively high expectations and carefully research the promises and guarantees of the serum before buying it.
